  • Council (Common Area Assessment), PCT (World Class Commissioning) and Local Strategic Partnership Performance and Governance reviews and improvement plans, focused on improving public service outcomes for Herefordshire residents
  • Negotiated Local Area Agreement Targets between Government Office Yorkshire and Humber and South Yorkshire Local Authorities, with Directors of Children's Services. Client: Helen McMullen, Director of Children, Schools and Learners 
  • A Family Support and Preventative Services review and commissioning strategy and implemetation programme for Blackburn with Darwen Children and Young Peoples Services, with Children's Trust and School Leaders: Client: Peter Morgan, Director of Children's Services
